Oh, for a bit of drywall...

We had to rewire the entire building. It is being done properly now through conduit inside the walls, ceiling, and floors. That requires a lot of hand chiseling the concrete and then patching it afterward. The first stage of electrical work is finished. The electrician will come back once the interior walls are framed in and the ceiling boards have been installed to finish their work.
