75th Anniversary Celebration

In August we were blessed to travel to Lusaka, Zambia to join with the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Church of God in Africa. It was a wonderful time of worship and spiritual encouragement. People from all over the continent of Africa, as well as guests from the United States, Latin America, Asia, and Australia were present. For many of the leaders in Africa this was their first chance to witness the breadth of our church family. The historic nature of the event was evidenced by the presence of the Presiding Bishop and another member of the Executive Committee, the Directors and Assistant Directors of both the World Missions and Youth and Christian Education departments, and numerous other leaders of the denomination.
