Last week we held the first ever revival/convocation week at Discipleship College. While there have been periodic keshas (overnight prayer meetings) throughout the school's history, there has not been a week set aside for spiritual emphasis with evening services to this point. Before this term, God laid it on my heart to begin this. And during this week, I was led to the story of the Emmaus road encounter where the hearts of the disciples burned within them as they met with Jesus as the theme of these now regularly scheduled events.
Here are some of the sights from the week:
DC graduate and P/T faculty member, Patrick Jygerson, leading worship.
Taking chai after the service
District Overseer, DC graduate and P/T faculty member: Jairus Mosoti
Regional Overseer of the Coast Region and DC graduate, Benea Alukwe,
preaching on the last night of the revival.
